ERA Vision Group is founded by its Director Alan Toh.

Vision Group was founded with the aim of producing professional agents that would be groomed into leaders. When Alan Toh received his promotion to Division Director in 2005, he set up Vision aiming to create a division that could guide agents into successful individuals who will one day share their experiences with others.

Beginning in 2006 with just over 30 members, Vision has grown immensely to well over 800 members, with 5 mentors overseeing its development. A division that possesses more quality than quantity, it has consistently produced achievers that top the Company’s charts every month and year.

Many of its achievers attribute their success to the monthly training sessions that ready them for the ever-changing market conditions, as well as the quarterly held Transform Workshop led by its five trainers. Under their mentorship, the agents have learnt how to give clients advice from different mindsets to suit investors, buyers, or any other situation given.

With agents that have topped the charts, Vision has also proudly groomed many leaders that have taken up leadership roles as mentors that pass down all they have learnt to their own group of agents. Some of which have also made the decision to branch out to form their own sub-divisions.

Apart from the successful individuals, Vision views its best achievement to be its high retention rate of its members, but more importantly the sense of bonding and teamwork forged through events such as informal dinners, overseas trips and seasonal celebrations.

When it began with an unimpressive amount of agents in 2006, Vision’s progress through the years has earned the recognition of the company, being a division that has surpassed the goals it set years ago. Vision now aims to always improve itself with goals to consistently increase its number of associates and annual turnover.
